Saturday night at the St. John’s Town Center is wild. It’s kind of fun (?) to go on a Saturday evening with the whole family with all of the hustle and bustle. The problem is that it’s always hard to get dinner without a reservation. The things that you can grab quickly aren’t the healthiest options. The Marlin Bar is one of our family favorites. We like the patio dining feel (with lots of fans to keep you cool) and the fresh, healthy-ish options like the poke bowls. The cocktails are the perfect way to end a night at the mall with your child begging to go to the Lego store. Like I said…fun!
