If you’re anything like me, you’re probably wondering, “WTF is a sustainable gift?” I had to look this up. It’s anything that will last. If you’ve followed me for a while, you know that I only buy things that will last. The idea that we have to incentivize people to buy something that isn’t fast fashion, or cheap garbage is incredibly sad in my humble opinion. I am happy to see the effort to encourage sustainable gifts. Yes, they are more expensive, which means we give and get less… but that’s ok! High-quality is better than quantity and when it comes to holiday gifting, quantity shouldn’t affect the merriment.
