I don’t really do resolutions – I am more of a goal-setter, so resolutions always feel a little unnatural. I have already resolved to accomplish my current goals. Resolve isn’t my issue – it’s discipline.
Instead – I like to take time on New Year’s Eve and reflect on all of the things that I’m grateful for, things that have been lost, things I have gained, epic failures and wild successes. I take my time and then pack it up, and put it away. It’s a good way to start the year fresh so I can focus on settling goals on New Years Day.
